Pre-project

As soon as you submit your brief we’ll begin crafting a bespoke proposal, outlining the main strategic goals, project plan, budget and deliverables. Provided you’re happy with everything, we’ll get down to work.

While we’re assembling your hand-picked team, you’ll get your first piece of homework: the Pre-Kickoff workbook. This will be completed individually by everyone on your side of the team (no cheating now), and will directly inform the Kickoff (more on that in phase one).

Phase 1

Research & Strategy

Phase 1

Kickoff! You’ll meet the experts that will be creating your new brand with you in a remote and informal - but thorough - conversation about your company and your future brand, creating an alignment between both sides of our new project team.

From here, it’s time to get down to work. The branding team will begin their immersive research phase and soon enough, you’ll receive more homework: the Brand Vision framework. All of this will culminate in a Research and Strategy presentation, where we’ll share insights and create the conceptual base for your new brand and positioning.

Phase 2

Direction & Exploration

Phase 2

With a clear strategy, your brand is starting to assume form. Now, it’s time to give it a face and a voice. We’ll begin working on your identity, starting with the Thematic Exploration Framework, where we explore potential directions for your new brand.

The branding team will then put their hands to work, shaping the decisions made here into visual and verbal identity explorations (which you’ll be able to keep an eye on). A more defined proposal for your new brand will be then presented to you.

  • Visual identity (initial stage), including logo & type

Phase 3

The Brand

Phase 3

This is the home stretch, here we’ll further develop and refine the identity and language created for the brand. This manifests in a Brand Guidelines document, designed to help you with applying your new brand across various communication platforms.

In addition to this, the branding team will prepare your final deliverables, to be shared with you in our final presentation. From here on out, it's in your hands! Worry not: you’ve been involved in this process as much as us, so we trust that your new brand will already feel natural to you.
